This ’demeure bourgeoise’ (Bourgeois home) was built between 1860 and 1880 in the wine region of Médoc near the town of Lesparre-Medoc. It offers an easy access to the beaches of the atlantic coast which are 15 minutes away. Bordeaux and its airport and TGV station about an hour away from the house.
The main building offers 500m2 of living space including 7 reception rooms, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It is set in enclosed grounds of about 1.6 hectares (3.95 acres) with several large outbuildings including a caretaker’s house.
